Garrett Consulting

My name is Garrett Fravell, owner and residential inspector of Garrett Consulting. We operate out of Troy, Missouri and conduct home inspections throughout the region, including Wentzville and the surrounding counties.

Prior to establishing Garrett Consulting, I owned a construction and general contracting company where a large part of my work was making repairs to homes as a result of home inspections. My additional experience in the industry includes being a realtor, a 203k general contractor, and a Licensed HUD Consultant.

I have solid knowledge of local building practices along with 10 years of experience diagnosing and resolving construction defects, both of which I knew would serve as a solid foundation for opening my own residential inspection company. As your home inspector, I’ll provide you with a thorough and accurate report on your property, and will explain my findings so you easily understand the results.
