Your Inspection Report
In order to present you with the best quality home inspection report, we use HomeGauge Inspection Software to deliver your results quickly and easily. We’ll have your report ready within 24 hours of inspecting your property, and will provide you with a username and password so you can retrieve the report online at your convenience from your computer, tablet or smartphone.
Create Request List Feature
Your home inspection report will show everything discovered at the inspection and includes a helpful Create Request List feature, unique to HomeGauge’s reports. This feature allows the buyer or seller and real estate agent to view any issues found with your property, and then decide which action will be taken to resolve each issue, all from within your report. The Create Request List feature simplifies how home inspection issues are handled between all parties by providing an interactive tool for creating a Repair Request or Project List based on the inspection results. It not only creates a standard, shared list that the buyer or seller and agent can work within, but it tracks when and what requests are made, and by whom. Instead of multiple conversations or exchanging of documents via fax or in person, the Create Request List maintains the requests electronically and reduces liability for all involved by providing an accurate record of communications.
